Welcome Baby Hartzler!

Just a quick post to share with our family and friends our precious bundle of joy that arrived 2 weeks ago!  Kenley Rae Hartzler was born on March 12th at 5:03 pm. She weighed 8 lbs 3 oz and was 21.5 inches long.  She is going to be tall like her folks!  Can’t believe she is 2 weeks old today, while we might only be getting 4-5 hours of sleep in spurts on a good night, it has been such a joy and we are so thankful for her! It is such an amazing miracle of God.   We still can’t fathom how tiny cells grow to be this over 8 lb beautiful baby.  We pray that God would use her life in a mightly way for His glory.  Thank you for all your prayers and support, continued prayers for our transition!

Love,

Dustin & Melody

“For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.  Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them.”

Psalm 139:13-16

  1. Absolutely adorable. And I don’t throw that term around lightly, as I believe that most babies are fairly ugly, but she really is precious. Enjoy her, and parenthood!

  2. Dustin, just heard one of your podcasts today, and you talked about a vacation and invited everyone to check out your pics at this website. It was in October of 13 I think. Any ways I came over and saw your new baby, and as a father of seven:) I wanted to say congratulations!! My kids have been my life and it has been a very, very good one because of them. Also loved the scripture you shared!! Jesus Christ changed my life and I have loved His word ever since. I am new to Word Press and look forward to more of your podcasts and webinars.

    1. Thanks Billy!

Wow, father of seven! I’m not sure we will have that many 🙂

Kenley’s been a huge blessing and we are excited to have her in our lives. We constantly have to lean on Him for wisdom for all the decisions that come up as parents.

      Thanks for stopping by!
